Consumer Protection
Many products in the plastics processing industry are commodities, i.e. objects of daily life with which we can come into direct or indirect contact. This includes e. g.
- Articles intended to come into contact with food (packaging, dishes)
- Items for personal care (combs)
- or toys.
Commodities are subject to strict national and international regulations, which require that no unwanted or technically unavoidable substances can pass to us.
The plastics converting industry is aware of this responsibility and provides a strict quality management to ensure the harmlessness of its products. Plastic products meet the legal requirements and thus have established as indispensable everyday objects.
